I love this picture. Not only because it’s cheesecake and it melts in my mouth and swims in my belly with delight.
But also because it says to me "no washing dishes for you."
It was the perfect dessert.

I bet more paper plates are used this weekend in American than any other weekend of the year. Nobody wants to rinse or wash another plate or dish again for a VERY LONG TIME.
