I’m trying to figure out why my body does what it does, I can’t seem to figure it out.

Actual Menu on Sunday, trying to be healthy(er):

Breakfast – nutrigrain bar
Lunch – turkey sandwich with a slice of cheese, mustard and a few baked cheetos
Snack – two graham crackers
Dinner – Mixed green salad with baked chicken on top, lightly topped with low-fat ranch dressing.
After kids go to bed snack – slow churned half the fat ice cream with two graham crackers (did you know I LOVE graham crackers?  It’s true, I do.)

Weight on Monday morning?  UP ONE POUND, when I thought I would be down one pound.

Actual Menu on Monday:

Went to Sarah’s in the morning and brought over chocolate chip muffins from Dunkin’ Donuts (630 calories per muffin), which are huge and delicious.
Snack – handful of cheeze-its
Lunch – peanut butter and jelly
Snack – FOUR graham crackers
Dinner – Macaroni cheese and shells
After kids go to bed snack – show churned half the fat ice cream with two graham crackers

Weight this morning?  Down two pounds.

Are you thinking what I’m thinking?

I should start each morning with a Dunkin’ Donuts chocolate chip muffin, I think my body is telling me they’re good for me and well, I think I should listen to my body.

In all seriousness, I have been looking at pictures of me when I had lost all of my weight and I am jonesing to look that good again and then I see pictures of me now and I just see a squirrel with lots of chins, I think I need to go back to the sisterhood soon, don’t you think?
