And I need a forklift to carry me around because I’m too sore to walk.
Savannah surprised me by asking the lady to cut hers off too last time we went. Then after, she asked, “Now can Nanny open the pool?”

How in the heck did Ariels hair get so stinkin’ long in the first place? Wow! I love her new length, it looks like mine minus the bangs. (I got about 4 inches chopped as well.) That last picture of Race Car is precious and the lighting on his pics is great.

I did “Shred” for the first time two weeks ago- Level 1!- and I could barely move for days afterward. It was a good workout but I can’t afford to be incapacitated for a week again! Ha, ha… Good luck!

OMG Beth..those kids are so darn cute. I love the new haircut on ariel. Great job on your weight loss. You will have to sent me an e-mail and tell me about this 30 challenge work out you are doing. I would be interested in what the results are suppose to be in 30 days. I know each and every person will vary, but just wonder. You are beautiful with or without losing weight, but I know you have to do it for yourself.
