I’m hesitant doing this tonight because I am so incredibly tired, we didn’t get to bed until 3:30 last night and you know, we have kids…so no rest for the weary.
But, I had a dream that I was on Idol this week and I ROCKED IT OUT, but then I was voted off unfairly, so I don’t want to diss the show after I was dissed in my dream.
Danny Gokey - Paula’s song choice – I don’t know this song and I don’t think I like it this time around. It all seems off. Lively? Yes. But still awkward. I blame Paula. Also, either that saxophone was very tiny or that guy was very not tiny.
Kris Allen – Apologize, song choice by Randy & Kara – I really like this song and I am loving this version. Kinda sultry. Speaking of sultry…sure would be cool if he took his shirt off and laid on that there piano. (must take cold shower…)
These bitchass judges better like it. And Kara doesn’t like it, I wish I could flick her in the forehead.

Adam Lambert - One, Simon’s choice – Dang him, this is one of my favorite songs, now I’m going to like Adam tonight. But wait, I do not like this version AT ALL. Bono is probably wincing at the television right now while sitting in a pub in Dublin, wishing he hadn’t given Simon his approval to use THIS ONCE AWESOME SONG.
Annnnd, the judges loved it. I quit.
Okay, seriously? Why are they scared to say anything negative to him? IT SUCKED.
Danny Gokey – You Are So Beautiful – zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Am I right? Hey, it’s Lullaby Idol! Oh, thank goodness, it’s picking up nicely, which is exactly what this song needed. He has an AMAZING voice but I was honestly bored.

Kris Allen – Heartless – Love, love, love this song, I am so excited to see what he does with this. I adore this performance, so much so that I’m thinking I’m going to download it. This performance was 1000 times more modern than Danny’s and so much better than the screech fest thrown by Adam.
Love this. It was brilliant and after Simon’s comment, I have goosebumps.
Screamer Lambert – Cryin’ – Let me pause this and go vote for Kris. Again. Okay, so you know I love Aerosmith but close your eyes during this performance and tell me that he doesn’t sound just like Cher. That is not good. Not good at all. I personally can not wait for this performance to be over.
OMG. THE JUDGES LOVE IT?!!? What am I missing? Help me, friends, wasn’t it terrible? What the hell?
I guess I’m just old.
Either way…I think Kris was above the rest. I do hope Kris makes it through, that’s all that matters to me, k?
I thought Kris did really good tonite (and I usually don’t like him). I agree about Danny, he was boring tonight!
But you know me, I’m a die hard Adam fan! I wasn’t impressed with his first song…and I loved his last song.
I just spent a half hour voting for him over and over and over and over again.
Tomorrow night will be interesting.

LOL I don’t think we’ve agreed on anything this season. I think Kris is okay, but awfully average to me. Danny had me dancing and Adam makes my soul want to leap out of my body and dance around

I read this to my husband every week and every week he says “she is spot on!” Except the whole seeing Kris shirtless laying on the piano, that he didn’t quite get… ROFL!
I ONLY liked Kris’ song the 1st round (did not enjoy Adam’s “One”) and the 2nd round I think I liked Danny, but really am not sure. I THINK Kris will be going home (not that I think he deserves to) and America will probably choose Adam to be overall winner altho I would rather see Kris win. As long as he puts out an album like he sang his 1st song tonight. loved that!

i love kris. i always liked him…but he has seriously turned into a SINGER now. i felt like he was a cute boy that liked to sing at first. LOVE HIM.

i used to like danny….but SO boring and awkward now. i couldn’t even listen to his 2nd song…..i’m much too tired for that and still have to climb 2 flights of stairs to bed.

my favorite part of the whole show was the idol gives back. i want my african babies home….yesterday. (have i mentioned we’re adopting?!)

I agree with you 100 percent. Adam makes me physically cringe. His shrieky over-the-top notes just annoy the heck out of me.

I am SO over Adam. Oh wait, I have been since the beginning! UGH! I think the judges must think he’s the most marketable or something and therefore they fawn all over him. Personally it’s making me not like this season. I love Kris too. It may be a long shot but I hope he wins.

I love all of them, it will be really hard to see anyone leave tonite, because I truly like them all but for different reasons.
Kris is cute, talented and he always pulls through. His voice is great, but he has something missing.
Danny is the bomb, I love his sultry, husky voice and his smile is to die for.
Adam is awesome, and he is my favorite. I know he screams a lot (but listen to Aerosmith, who he covered and tell me Steven Tyler doesn’t scream…heehee) but his VOICE, listen to the VOICE….that is what is so great about him, it overpowers the other two, in my opinion.

Hate me but I like all three of them. I loved Danny most at the start of the season then after Adam sang Johnny Cash {sorry, loved it} and Mad world {wanted to marry it} he became my fav. Now, last night after Kris’ second song– I am officially in love with him as well.

Okay, I just finished watching AI on my DVR. As someone who lives in Danny’s hometown, I’m biased. So he’s my number one, but I really liked Kris tonight.
The screechy, freaky Adam is really getting old. So is his eyeliner. Don’t get me wrong, he’s VERY talented. But I”m over him. And I’m tired of the judges falling all over themselves praising him.
If the turnout at Danny’s homecoming celebration is any indication, he’s going to do just fine. We’ll see!
Yeah, i was right with you on the judges- Adam did some weird, creepy thing with his tongue, and he is just a creepy weird guy.
I liked Kris, but thought Danny was good tonight. 
I can’t stand Adam!!!! Grrr! I have a feeling Danny is getting cut even though I’m cheering for him! Kris is kinda-sorta growing on me. lol. I will vote for him over Adam ANY day though!
Personally i had to give up on idol – it was just getting to much with all the fighting… i mean me and the kids… no I want the remote…
