Today

Today, I made homemade chicken enchilada soup.

I also made two (massive) batches of mostaccioli.  One for Crooked Eyebrow and one for my family for tomorrow and Tuesday night.

I then baked chicken for dinner on Thursday night.

I made brownies.

And then I made french bread rolls from scratch.

Finally, I made tortilla strips for the soup.

Can nesting come in the form of cooking and baking?  If so…I’m nesting.

If not…I’m hungry.

The Cheez-Its I’m eating now suddenly taste lousy :( If it didn’t involve me actually trying to make it myself, I’d LOVE some homemade cooking right now! So jealous!

If nesting comes in the form of eating, I was the nestiest mofo ever while pregnant. I nested in cupcakes for nine straight months.

That sounds so amazing! Can I come over for dinner? I get on baking and cooking binges like that, and then there are other nights when I throw Totino’s pizza rolls on tray and call it a night.
