Things change.

I can’t get over how much time I DO NOT HAVE.
I can’t believe how much I sweat while I sleep.
I can’t understand how my nipples are still attached.
I can’t fathom that three weeks ago today, I was still pregnant.
I can’t accept how much he grows every single day.  (especially his eyelashes, my goodness!)

I can’t imagine our lives without him.

    I’m a lurker, not a poster.
I’m am sure you have heard this, but I’ll just relay my experience.
My daughter is now 17 mo. old, but as a newborn, she gave her lungs a workout as well.
The problem? Milk protein allergy. She had blood in her stool, but it was not detectable with the naked eye. Bring a poopy diaper into the pediatrician’s office, and they have a rapid test for it. Easy peasy.
I had to go on a restricted diet. It was temporary. All is resolved. And the crying? It stopped when her belly felt better and reflux ended. Took about 48 hours.

Best of luck and lots of hugs. We’ve all been there. XO
Now if anyone can tell me how to wean that 17 mo. old… ; )

I know there are no words to make this time any easier. Just know that there is an entire community out here that does relate and more often than naught – gains peace and perspective with your daily postings.

    All the best!
    Lori
