So, it’s Wednesday which means today I stepped on the scale.
This weekend was interesting because I basically did not follow Weight Watchers. When I say ‘basically’ I mean, AT ALL. I don’t even want to get into all that I ate but let’s just say one thing: YUM.
Not that food while on Weight Watchers isn’t good, it just isn’t YUM. It’s also not Chips Ahoy cookies, cheeseburgers, beer, s’mores and ice cream. Lots of ice cream.
It’s Raisin Bran. and stuff.
Anyway, I lost weight, I lost .2 lbs. Not two pounds, but point two pounds. But it’s a loss and that makes me happy and keeps me motivated. Know what else motivates me? This outfit. Tis awesome.
I’m definitely a white t-shirt type of girl because I trust it and it’s easy to accessorize. Next week I’ll try to kick it up a notch.

check out polyvore. and lose endless hours of your life but hey, it’s FUN.

Let’s not tell my boss that you just introduced me to that website, k?
And congrats! You’re right – a loss is a loss. And you’re smokin’ anyhow.
No, it wasn’t a big loss but just heading in the right direction after the weekend you just had is an enormous accomplishment. Obviously you did something right and enjoyed the weekend which is important too.
Congrats! That’s awesome!!
As my fashionable little sisters would say:
“Good Suit”
<3
.2 pounds is still a loss and I say a good one after having a great food weekend!
I jumped off the weight loss bandwagon the week of my 30th and I’m trying to get back on now with the exercise and eating better.
Good luck!
Love the outfit, what great incentive
Congrats on the .2! Keep on racking those small amounts up (or off?) and soon it’ll be 1, 5, 10 . . . !
I wish I could be a white shirt gal. Unfortunately, I seem to attract mess and stains with the force of the earth’s gravitational pull.
I don’t own any white shirts. Do I need to buy some? Wait, I don’t have any white shirts because I’m so messy, so maybe I should just stick to black. I would like that skirt, though.
Congrats on a move in the right direction. I love the outfit you put together.
Awesome LOSS! I find the weeks I have ice cream? are my best loss weeks, I just use those extra points for it. you are doing wonderful, also remember you could weigh each boob and find that you’ve got a lb of milk in the jugs.
First of all, Congratulations on your boy! I am a pretty new reader and am really enjoying your blog. I may have commented once before but am unsure…my boy is 7 weeks old on Friday…as my brain is a little fuzzy.
I started WW last week but bombed on day one and never looked back. I am trying again today. Congrats on your loss! Every bit counts!

eek! sorry about this double post.
Great job on the loss! And I triple heart that outfit…especially the big sunglasses!
Congrats on the weight loss! I just ate a half a bag of cheese/sour cream Lays potato chips.
Oh well…
p.s. I just started doing Shop Style but I hear that Polyvore is awesome (well not DOING Shop Style…you know what I mean)
It is amazingly relaxing to me!
three cheers for pulling off a yum week and still losing weight. i want a detailed tutorial on *that*.
also, i am apparently fashion-challenged on all sorts of levels, because i cannot decide what the turquoise frilly thing in your outfit is. do i wear it on my wrist? is it a headband? eyepatch? frilly underpants? whatever it is, ’tis awfully cute.
.2 is still .2! I have to pull myself away from BLACK t-shirts. With 9 grandchildren, BLACK has become entirely too easy!! I thinking magenta and lime green!! xo!
Way to go! That is encouraging, I totally understand!
Dude, a loss IS a loss and congratulations on losing during a holiday weekend! That’s awesome!
I have to agree with everyone else. .2 Loss is still a loss. I normally expect to gain 5 pounds when I over indulge over the holiday weekends.
Also- polyvore, so fun! So very fun!
I love that blue bag, and I think you are looking great!
Steph
I just noticed your “about” text. It made me giggle (the 150 years part). I also love that the whole thing is short, sweet and to the point, too.
i love those sunglasses and that purse!
i’m so proud of you for your positive attitude and for sticking with it!!
Woo hoo, 22! A new record for me. I love the Eli photo. I, too, chose a photo that “spoke” to me.
I began a little over a year ago, shooting manually and I haven’t gone back since. You’ll love the results, once you and your camera have had time to get personal
What sweetness on your lap…oh, to go back to those early days of mothering. My youngest is now five, ready for kindergarten in the fall. I seem to think that those days of mothering my little ones, snuggly up to my breast, resting together on the couch…allowing things to be undone and savoring every moment…those were the easier days of mothering. Don’t you think?
Now, my eleven (pre-teen) year old, nine year old and five year old know how to keep me running, juggling, disciplining and much more on my toes.
Such bliss….baby snuggles ♥
OHMYWORD that PURSE!!!!
