I lost weight again this week. I lost 1.2 pounds. Even though I’m excited about this weight loss, I am disappointed in my lack of discipline. I never once counted points. Obviously, I still watched what I ate but I should be documenting everything, I’m just having a time issue.
Another thing I’d like to do? Exercise. I can’t imagine when I would ever fit that in. I have a hard enough time going to the bathroom let alone setting time aside for exercise. Maybe soon we’ll have a summer schedule and we can work exercise into our day somehow, getting up early or walking with the family after dinner.
My goal this week is to lose two solid pounds which would bring me down to the next decade.
And don’t you love this outfit I created on Polyvore? I think the occasion would be heading to Chicago with my best friends and having dinner and drinking lots of wine. Then we’d go to our hotel room, change into yoga pants and tank tops and eat dessert on the floor. (NOT THAT WE’VE DONE THAT BEFORE OR ANYTHING *COUGH*) (the dessert eating on the floor, not the trip to Chicago)
