Last year at this time, we were hoping and praying the doctors would tell us we could try to have more children.
We hoped and prayed that everything would be safe, that our baby would be healthy.
I’m so thankful we had that hope.
Because he is more amazing than we could have ever dreamed.

A year.
He’s so adorable it’s hard to believe he was just a wish and a dream one year ago.
It is stunning me daily how fast and how slow time goes, and how it all winds around and then BAM! There’s a little guys looking all macho and cute in a photo shoot.
Miracles still happen, dreams still come true, life can still be good.

Oh my – he IS quite a poser and absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations. I will always remember my fears of being able to get pregnant, carrying and having a healthy baby after I lost mine at 20 weeks. I’m not sure if it’s possible to love one child more than another, but I definitely have a “different” bond with my youngest son. I got pregnant with him 6 months after losing the other baby and I am thankful every day for him. Again, congratulations!
