How low did you go? Did you have fun? I did …n’t. Because I’m a PROCRASTINATOR. or the times I had a good photo op, I was wearing Eli in a sling and I’m just not nimble enough for that type of body finangling.
So, last night I had one opportunity to take a shot before a massive storm hit (the 6,310th storm to hit in the past five days) and I did it but it was way underexposed and my white balance was off. Fortunately, I sort of saved it through editing.

I still love it, though. The kids were walking into swim class. Can you tell by their feet how excited they are?
That’s all I have, folks.
Now it’s your turn to share, just remember a few muy important things before linking up:
1. Please do not search your photo archives for a fitting photo for You Capture. The goal of You Capture is to get you out with your camera, so fresh photos only.
2. Please use YOUR photos and not photos stolen from the internet. That is just wrong and hey, it’s illegal, so there’s that.
3. Please link up using the URL from your specific You Capture post, do not use your main blog URL.
4. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Winner need not be present. That’s a bingo.
More on You Capture can be found here.

Your choice! You can choose between the following three topics, but you can only choose one!
1. Green
2. Hands
3. Chairs
Happy Capturing, friends!
{Yes, I know. It’s a new linking system. It was either that or no You Capture this week.}

Cute shot….highstepping to the pool!
love that perspective!! and that bokeh is delish
very impressive shot!
Beth, you probably already know this, but if you choose the other option on MckLinky, the link box will appear in the post and you won’t have to “click here to see the links” thing.
Great shot – you got REALLY low. And no worries on the new link up for the week. Better than nothing, right?
OOoo. . . I’m excited about green :]
I like the underlying excitement here… mine is kinda depressing this week, sorry:-(
That’s totally a sweet photo.
Oh, and I forgot to add great shot! As always!
A warning that the linky form was going to start TALKING TO ME would’ve been nice. I almost choked on a Mento.
I really love their feet and the way she’s swinging the bag. They DO seem so excited.
The weather around here has been absolutely ridiculous as well
I used to teach swim lessons and it was always nice when kids who actually wanted to be there were in my group- hope your kids are loving it!
You’re right about not liking the LinkyTools as much. It’s more convoluted to use. I hope Mr. Linky is back and working next time!
Fun shot heading into swim! I like the idea.
Barb
Totally saved it – it turned out great!
I love photoshop…. it saves the day for me ALL the time
I love those leg photos, lovely.
i couldn’t open that linky system after 15 mins of trying so i hope it’s ok to leave my link here….

We have swim lessons too!
Look forward to next week and wish you all the very best.
I love that shot!!!
Fun shot!! Sometimes it’s the last minute ones that are the best =)
I like this shot! The color is actually pretty cool!
And I am entered, my photos this week are less than stellar, but I like the feel of them more than anything else.
I love the feet shot, so summery.
You did get down low for that one and I love it! I’m not sure if I can tell by the picture how excited they are or if I just happen to know. I’ll say it’s the picture. You set such a great example!
really so sick of these storms as well! The sun is out today though!
I loooooved this week’s challenge. And I got some super fun playground pics as a result. Awesome!
This is only my second week of participating in You Capture. I thoroughly enjoyed the Get Down Low challenge. It added a secret joy to my week. =)
Great shot! That’s usually how I approach a pool too. At full run.
Bookin’ it in flip-flops – love it!
First time joining this challenge and it was fun! Since I only have my 3 month old here this week, it was easy, too. Can’t get much “lower” than a cute baby during tummy time! Look forward to more.
Had fun with this one. Had taken a bunch of pictures in central London but deleted them accidentally. Oh, well…home picks worked too.
Couldn’t get the linky to work…here’s my link:

Now…tháts LOW!
I laid on my belly in the grass when I took my down low pic. I don’t think I’d want to do that in a parking lot, but you sure got close!
I especially love this because it shows her in midstep. What a capture!
Sometimes those ‘OH CRAP I NEED TO TAKE A PICTURE QUICK!’ shots turn out to be favorites
Great shot!
Yes, I love the action in her step!!
very cool! I like it
The shot turned out well, even if you weren’t inspired this week. I enjoyed the theme once I finally got around to it, but I procrastinated a bit much too.
I’m excited about next week. I’ve picked hands because I’m going to visit family and I figure that I’ll have lots of hands to shoot.
Great shot. I found this challenge..well…challenging so I am excited to see what other people came up with!
[...] week’s you capture challenge was get down low. I loved the idea, but my knees were not quite as happy about [...]
Great shot, you can sense the anticipation. This challenge was a little hard on my old lady knees, but I got a couple of shots that I love!
Like it. Sets the mood for summer
There is definitely a spring in that step!
You capture is my favourite thing on the internet. Thanks!
And green is my favourite colour in the history of everything, so easy choice!
Feet, flipflops…summer! Wonderful!
Very cute! I’m having a lot of fun with You Capture thanks for such fun assignments.
Chairs would be an interesting challenge!
love this picture…. so great how the feet are moving fast to swimming!
Yay for swimming lessons!
Mine have just finished theirs for the summer.
I’ve got to start taking my camera where ever we go.
