Just in case.

July 17th, 2010

Just in case you’ve ever wanted to chew on lemonade, you should probably buy this because it’s like chewing on lemonade.  (at least for the first five minutes.)  It is goooo-oood.

lemons

And just in case you want to see what Eli looked like fifteen minutes ago.  This photo was taken with my iPhone.  I love him.  Like, a lot.

(ignore my bra strap.  That’s an order!)

eli

Today, Brian has an all day school function in Chicago and Anna has an all day birthday party, so I’ll just be hanging out with my boys which I love.  I can’t decide to what to do.  Should I stay home and clean? or go grocery shopping where Noah will be just like his father and ask me if what I’m putting in my cart is “on my list” and he’ll be sure to point out how much “money I’m wasting.”

Either way, I don’t care.  I just want to hear Noah tell Eli how “cute and fresh” he is.

He’ll already do anything for his brother.

Noah the big brother

Even wear socks on his hands to entertain him.

(by the way, this is how I shower…Noah truly IS Eli’s entertainer.)

Happy Saturday!

My goodness. Eli has gotten so big……so fast. What beautiful boys (if boys can be beautiful. I think they can.)
    Enjoy your day.
    Be blessed.

Your boys are adorable. I love that Noah is wearing his Team James and Jake shirt. I’m wearing mine out. Have a great day no matter what you decide to do.

I didn’t realize that Noah was holding a baby toy. At first, I thought he had like a Buzz Lightyear space gun? And I was all, OH MAN, I’M GOING TO KICK HIM TO INFINITY AND BEYOND.
I still am, but I couldn’t just SAY that without the preface, because then you’d be like, I don’t get it. Is Erin drunk? (Answer: No. I wish.)

Hey that looks like MY bra strap! Gah!

Seriously – I need to try that gum. I HATE lemon deserts but LOVE lemon candy. I think that fits candy category. (And, flip side, love banana desserts, hate banana candy.)

    Eli is so cute!!!

On the showering note: Liam just turned 2 months old 5 days ago so taking a shower is feels like trying to do an Irish jig on fast forward. Emma is either bouncing on my bed or playing in her room [a rare moment where she doesn't want to be glued to my hip] Liam gets put in the bouncer and I have MAYBE 10 minutes to shower, dry off, and get dressed before one of my children want me.

If it just isn’t working out? I give up and wait for my husband to do the jig with me. I normally get an extra 5 minutes that way too.
