Circles are everywhere, yet, circles can by difficult to capture.
Am I right?
I did a poor job spending time with my camera this week, it probably has to do with the fact that the sun has apparently retired and only makes very brief appearances making it more difficult to take pictures.
(I can find an excuse for anything…ANYTHING, I tell you.)
But, I have circles, not very exciting ones, but that’s okay.
Every morning Eli has yogurt and cheerios. He’s such a big boy.

ISO 1000 | F/2.8 | 1/640
and there are actually quite a few circles in this shot:

ISO 640 | F/2.8 | 1/250 (btw, I thought this photo was going to turn out really lame, but I like it, thanks to all of the textures.)
and well, his eyes are two of the most amazing circles I have ever seen. And then those circles have circles in them and those circle have circles in those circles.

ISO 640 | F/2.8 | 1/400
That’s all the circles for me!
Now, it’s your turn to share. (I’ll add my settings tomorrow.)

Happy Capturing!

A bowl of cheerios sounds good right now! Love Noah’s sweet face.
Love the buttons! The textures in that shot make it very cool, indeed.
Happy birthday, Noah!
I love the button picture!
Happy Birthday to your sweet boy!
Can’t wait to see everyone’s pictures in the morning! Here is my first ever entry. http://mom2nji.blogspot.com/2011/01/you-capture-circles.html
Oops I did it wrong!
Happy Birthday Noah!!!
Well, you did a good job there without having much time with your camera!
I love the eyes, and of course your explanation, circles circles everywhere!
I love Noah’s sweet, sweet face. You did a great job with circles this week!
Love the sweater one for all the texture and creativity you found in a simple every day object. Nice capture!
Loved finding circles this week:) I didn’t spend enough time with my camera either… which is normal for a MOM:) Loved changing NORMAL circles into photos;)
I posted Cheerios as well:)
Cheerios! It didn’t even cross my mind! We are big Cheerios eaters around here-plain, multi-grain, honey nut, fruity, and recently chocolate. Oh so good! There are circles in your tablecloth, too!
How could I find NO circles and you found GREAT circles everywhere! Of course, my favorite circles are in the birthday boy’s eyes but all your shots are beautiful as usual – imaginative, creative, and technically perfect!
I love the buttons shot!
Each one of your circle photos are so elegant… love this theme
Would you shut up with his eyes? Good gracious, they’re gorgeous.
Gorgeous photos! A very nice little model you’ve got there.
Love the cherios and your little man is perfect!
such a handsome little man & i LOVE the first image, cheerios are a must around here too
Of course, beautiful shots! I really love the one of the buttons – great texture.
That shirt close up did turn out really cool.
I love the textures in the sweater shot also! I know what you mean about the sun being gone makes it hard to take pictures.
I was having problems so my first entry is wrong. It will only take you to my blog, not my specific post. I had to link up again to get the right address to the post. Sorry!
Thanks! I hope you understand.
I can’t believe I didn’t even think about buttons or cheerios. Ugh.
Great captures!
I’ve been running around in circles… does that count? Once I get a few fires put out around here I will be SO ready to pick up my camera again. Until then, I’m enjoying everyone else’s creativity!
You did so well to find so many circles. I particularly like the buttons!
I am new to the blogging world and am excited to meet other mom bloggers! I am really looking forward to submitting future photos for the You Capture challenge. Thanks so much for offering this platform.
Oooh, love love love the button shot too! There’s just something about it!
Oh those eyes – so much soul. Participating for the first time, but maybe I am a bit late?
Ooops! I missed the part about “next week’s Challenge” so now Im off! I thought you posted the subject first and then we do it that week. Oh boy, great start! lol!
I did post about circles, and linked back to you. I’ll get it right next time!
