I hope you guys had fun capturing body parts! I need to do a better job of taking out my camera. Everyday, Beth! EVERYDAY! (that was me leaving myself a mental note. I really hope I listen.)

Fortunately, I had a newborn session with Melissa’s baby last Thursday and well, I live with a baby who is nearly a toddler (!!!), so this assignment wasn’t necessarily difficult for me.

I was able to get Eli’s hands. I love feeding him lunch. He’s a fantastic eater (unless you give him peas) and always eats like it’s his last meal. He loves cantaloupe and honeydew, luckily, so does the rest of his family, so it’s usually readily available.

I love that he doesn’t have knuckles. I love that he has dimples instead.

And I love his face and his ability to make 100 different expressions every single day. He is such a character.

and here some newborn squishiness. I love newborn squishiness.
