Today was a very low-key day. Brian worked and then had class so it was definitely lacking in the romance department but I had a good day with the kids.
I bought Anna flowers. Her reaction was so perfect – it made me so happy to see her so happy. She’s always wanted flowers, she declared me the best Mama in the whole entire world.
I made each of the kids small valentine’s on the computer. Noah was most impressed with the small amount of rhyming I did on each one. I bought Noah a little frog that lights up and changes colors. He and Anna spent time in the bathroom with the lights off playing “future teller.”
I love it when they get along.
For Eli, I bought him a pair of crocheted slippers from a store in the area that’s a bit like an Etsy shop. All homemade goods. He loves them.
And for Clara, a little tiny barrette. She looks mighty pretty in her little tiny barrette.
I bought Brian and I cupcakes, which is funny because we started Weight Watchers. Our first weigh-in is tomorrow morning. I’ll eat my cupcake directly after the weigh-in at 7:12 in the AM.
I hope you all had a great day.
It’s so good to be back.

Welcome back! You were missed!
Love the valentines!
Love the pic at the top where Eli is looking at Noah with his toothy grin:)

You’re kids are adorable. And you are showing much strength and resolve by not eating that cupcake right now! Good luck at our WI!
I’ve been tossing around the idea of starting WW.. by the time my youngest is 2 I want to be down 15-20 pounds. I’ve got until September and there you get a glimpse of the procrastinator in me:) lol Such a sweet Valentines for all!
Your kiddos are so cute
Glad to see you are back, I missed your posts!
Your Valentine’s was way more romantic than ours. My husband was flying to Ireland, so my daughter and I decided to go into the city to have dinner with him before he left. But I forgot to check my train schedule until the last minute so it was all rush and crazy. I am such a dork sometimes.
I am SO glad your site is back and alive. I was seriously concerned when it said some other evil website had planted malware in your page. Ugh, what a nightmare.
I was totally hacked in March of last year and it was awful. They not only got my blog but a few other sites I created, so it was really not fun. I’m actually still cleaning up some of that chaos since I didn’t have time to take care of it all right from the start — and somehow still haven’t gotten around to it all yet.
I really hope for the sake of your sanity that this was the end of it. And just remember — people who get hacked are often someone special
What a beautiful family! My hubby was at work and class yesterday too. So it was just me and the kiddos, but it was super fun.. I’m so happy you’re back and I hope the blog stays problem-free for a long time!
Hi Beth. I noticed your recent post said something about people not commenting on blogs..and I’ve wondered the same thing. I almost always comment on the blogs I read. Admittedly I haven’t visited your blog in months…maybe over a year….you weren’t even pregnant with number 4 the last time I read…so Congratulations!!
BUt back to commenting: I write a blog too…and love to hear from my readers. I even try to interact with them by asking questions so I can get to know them better…but, alas, only one or two people and usually the same ones…will comment.
So here you go!! A comment for a fellow blogger.
So glad you’re back and that you wowed us with a fabulous picture of your children!!
Oh your little darlings are just so cute all together. I Love that you bought Anna flowers. Precious.
Those are great photos- is that one of those special backgrounds or somewhere in the house?
Steph
So darn cute!! Your a great Momma to get her flowers! Glad your blog is well again.
That shot of your kids makes me smile. So beautiful.
And I’m glad you’re back. Here’s to worry-free blogging!
Your kiddies are growing so quickly. Love these pics.
I’m not sure how your blog wasn’t in my reader, but after reading Erin’s post about your workshop I ran over here as fast as I could. I think the reason a lot of people don’t comment on blogs anymore is because lots are on phones and for some reason the comment section of many blogs trip up mobile browsers. That or people are lame.
I love your blog, I’m glad you’re safely in my reader! And I couldn’t comment on the still life pictures anymore, but I absolutely love the shot of the peonies. They’re my favourite flower!
