Hi friends.
I hope you all had a great week. Things have been so hectic over here, it’s difficult to keep up. Lucky for me, May has been my busiest month yet for newborn photography, so shooting “life” was really easy!

Last night we had the most spectacular sunset mixed with a strong storm. I walked by the window and thought there was a fire, I ran (seriously. I ran. I run for two things: ice cream and a good photo) to get my camera and went outside to try to do this sunset justice. Of course, this version is edited a bit but the SOOC version is below.
The sunshine mixed with the thunderstorm just felt like life to me. It was pretty amazing.

Happy Capturing!

I love the rain and sunset, one of my favorite combinations ever.
So beautiful! If I lived close to you I’d be following you around to all your newborn shoots – ha! I think you do such an amazing job!
Is that your house? Or the neighbors? If that’s the neighbor’s that would make a great gift. If you like your neighbors, that is.
Beautiful!!!
I love the sunset and rain combination…nature is beautiful!
I guess I never really thought about it, how you get to photograph all these babies when they are so tiny and how special it really is. And how much you must enjoy it. That second shot is gold.
Simply beautiful – both the baby photos and the sky.
Your captures of life are wonderful! I’m always amazed at how awesome your newborn photos are.
that little face – so adorable!
The baby pictures are just so adorable. All are pretty of course, but the baby ones are just special.
