Hi friends! I hope you all had a great week! We did.
I love changing photos to black and white but I don’t do it that often. I tend to only do it when there is dramatic lighting and when the shot is simple. If there’s too much going on, details are lost when you turn them to black and white, so I tend to be cautious before making the change.
I’ve got some cute kids to share with you, all in black and white, of course.
Clara is such a big girl, you guys. And? She looks JUST like Anna when Anna was her age. I need to share some side-by-side comparisons with you. It’s unbelievable.
Eli is such a wonderful, sweet, hilarious and smart fellow. I wish you could all meet him. He loves playing with Play-doh, that’s what he’s doing here.
A friend of mine had a baby yesterday morning, a sweet baby girl. I went to the hospital and took some fresh baby shots. And I left with a full memory card and baby fever. Oopsie.
That’s it for me!
Now it’s your turn to share!
PLEASE READ THESE GUIDELINES, especially, yes, especially if you have never linked up!
1. Anyone can join in on the challenge at anytime.
2. Please make sure the photos you use were taken for the challenge, meaning do not search your archives for an appropriate photo. The goal of You Capture is to get you out taking photos each week!
3. Use YOUR photos.
4. When linking up, only link to your You Capture blog post, not your main blog URL. (incorrect links will be deleted.)
5. You MUST link back to You Capture in your post. (please do this! don’t link up to promote your blog or even to promote your own photo challenge, k?!)
6. I encourage you to visit other participants and leave comments. This is a great way to meet new friends!

)
what a beautiful capture of your gorgeous girl
They are wonderful pictures! I agree black and white is for the simple uncluttered shot. Sometimes hard to achieve, but you’ve done it brilliantly.
I love them all but Clara’s is the most amazing. I love it SO much!
Wow…you baby photos are amazing…so soft and gentle.
Laurie
