Hi there, friends.
Another week with only You Capture posts. I’m so sorry. Soon other topics will surface here. I just know it. (this is true, right?)
I’ve always known that I should try “animals” as my challenge but always hesitated because we just don’t have any animals but I thought “it’s a challenge, so I’ll make it one for me, too.”
As of yesterday, I saw no animals.
LUCKILY, I locked my studio keys inside my studio so I had to drive out to my landlady’s home and get a her keys when I saw, you guessed it, SWANS! (see? Getting old totally pays off.)
Then, I saw a deer.
Believe me, I was starting to feel like a National Geographic photographer after spotting so many animals.
Okay, so maybe this isn’t a real deer. BUT, I did see a real one but those suckers are fast and rather leap-y. Plus, I was holding a coffee. Leave me alone.
And you guys know how I love birds, right? Especially two birds? Ugh. I love them so much. These two are perched lovingly in Clara’s room. I decided to photograph them. And then I decided to photograph them from two different angles. I always recommend shooting from different angles. It’s amazing the different results you get. (try it. Always.)
That’s enough tom foolery from me. Now it’s YOUR turn!
REAL QUICK: PLEASE make your link back to You Capture clear to your reader. I’d appreciate it so much. Thanks so much.
PLEASE READ THESE GUIDELINES, especially, yes, especially if you have never linked up!
1. Anyone can join in on the challenge at anytime.
2. Please make sure the photos you use were taken for the challenge, meaning do not search your archives for an appropriate photo. The goal of You Capture is to get you out taking photos each week!
3. Use YOUR photos.
4. When linking up, only link to your You Capture blog post, not your main blog URL. (incorrect links will be deleted.)
5. You MUST link back to You Capture in your post. (please do this! don’t link up to promote your blog or even to promote your own photo challenge, k?!)
6. I encourage you to visit other participants and leave comments. This is a great way to meet new friends!

I am amazed at the animals you found! I know you chose this topic just to make my life easy for the week’s challenge.
