We took the kids to the fair tonight. They got to choose whatever they wanted for dinner, they chose corn dogs and I do not understand that decision at all.

Brian spoiled me with lots of different bouquets of flowers last week – a sweet 10th Anniversary treat. My favorite thing about these arrangements was pulling out the ones that look the best and creating smaller arrangements, like this one.

I love to buy fresh vegetables. I even love to prepare them. But I won’t eat them.
My favorites to cut are zucchini, mushrooms and avocado, I could cut those all day long but not eat any of it because they’re not good (don’t argue with me). There is something about their texture that is soothing to me.
I like me some frozen peas cooked in the microwave or maybe a salad with spinach. That’s about the extent of my vegetable eating. But don’t worry, I make up for it by eating fruit, like grapes. I like red grapes, but they need to be round, firm and cold. If they are split and soft, I may throw up. I’m serious.
Okay, so maybe I don’t eat fruit, either. But I do like orange juice. (but NOT oranges.)
Oh and I WILL eat avocado when it’s in the form of guacamole, then I’ll eat it REAL GOOD.
See? I’m not picky at all.
My children, on the other hand, LOVE fruits and vegetables and typically eat their vegetables before eating anything else. I’m trying to be more like them, I promise.
