Our first viewing is in 20 minutes, we are going to head out the door in 5 minutes. Please cross your fingers. Not because I think we are going to get an offer tonight, oh no, I don't think that at all, cross your fingers that the showing report isn't too negative when we get it tomorrow, because I will crawl into a hole and well, I'll probably cry really hard.
And if this is what people do to keep their houses immaculate, is clean ALL OF THE TIME. Then I'm not interested. I like a clean house and everything. But not that much.
Oh and maybe tomorrow I'll tell you about how my washer overflowed because I'm a moron and flooded into my basement. Five hours before our first showing. Yes, that would be a good story.

You flooded the washer? I guess you shouldn't be doing laundry then or folding it huh?
Well, good luck, I'm sure all will go well. Your home is already perfect and will sell quickly, I know it.
